Each GET /network request (for example /base or /ab for Arbitrum) redirects to the fastest OK endpoint. RPCs have 3 states: OK (serving traffic, probed every ~10 min), NOK (probe fail, re-tested after 1h), NOKD (proxy 5xx error, re-tested after 1 day).
